Bluesky gives you CAR files as a snapshot of public data on the AT Protocol. This includes posts, likes, follows, profiles, and more. You can get this file from Settings > Account > Export My Data, or just enter your handle below.
No authentication is needed. Bluesky is open. But respect authors' privacy when using this tool.
Large accounts might take a few minutes to download. You’ll find another export tool link at the bottom. This tool helps you back up your full account data and media files for offline use.
CAR File
Downloading a CAR (Content Addressable aRchive) may take time, depending on the account size.
After download, the file is converted to JSON format.
You can then see things like post counts, likes, and reposts — either as a full JSON or split by type.
You also get extra info like DID (Decentralized ID), PDS (Personal Data Server), and handle history.
You can also try a Go script that converts CAR to JSON on your own device.
Blobs
This part lets you download blobs (media files) from an account. It shows you the number of blobs available and helps you download them all. For large accounts, it might take some time.
Profile, Thread, Feeds and Lists Downloader Click here to use the post export tool to get Bluesky data in JSON. You can download posts, followers, following, or lists. You can also paste a profile, list, or feed link, or even a single post to get its full thread and metadata.
